What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant provides professional, administrative, technical, or creative assistance to clients remotely from a home office.
how do you bill?
We invoice our clients bi-weekly or monthly depending on the services.
Invoices are sent via Paypal and due generally within 2-3 business days upon receipt.
is this a contract agreement?
An agreement is provided however it is does not specify that you are locked into our services for a certain time period. Our contract addresses our guidelines, confidentiality agreement and expectations as a client of ours.
are you available during holidays and weekends?
Typically we do not operate during National Holidays however we are more geared toward meeting your deadlines. So if you needed something completed by Christmas we would most likely have it to you a few days prior. We are very flexible with our clients on availability and our main priority is meeting your goals.
what are your hours?
We work from home. This means we are pretty much working all day with occasional breaks and trips to pick up our kids from school. Our company believes you should have a life outside of working which is why we get clear expectations of due dates from our clients so we are able to make time for these quick trips to the store and to soccer practice.

how is time tracked?
Every task is tracked in our time tracking system “Harvest.” We use a live timer and access can be given to our clients so they are always updated with how each task is taking.
Do you require a minimum set of hours?
We like to get an estimate from each client on how many hours of work they expect throughout a week or month depending on the service but we do not require a set amount of hours in order for us to take you on as our client. We will work with your budget you have set.
will the same person handle my tasks?
Typically you will always go through Tiffany when discussing tasks and projects assigned. She is your point of contact and any help we have from other team members will be communicated internally.
