Tell me more…

Hi I’m Tiffany!

Owning a business that helps others has always been a lifelong dream for me. In 2017 after relocating several times for my husband’s job, I knew there had to be a way for me to do what I wanted to do, wherever I was. So I decided to take the leap.

After a few thousand google searches I discovered the world of virtual assisting. Being a mother and entrepreneur it was important for me to have a career I was passionate about that didn’t interfere with my number one job, being a great mom.

Xpand Business Solutions was born. I have always been a quick learner and technology is my jam so I found some clients online that I could help with tasks that could be completed remotely. I spent a few whirlwind years helping my clients wherever I could, while growing my knowledge and skills in all things related to virtual business. As my knowledge outgrew the world of virtual assisting, I knew I needed to “xpand.” That is when I discovered Online Business Management and knew it was what I was meant to do!

Since starting Xpand I have helped many entrepreneurs and business owners start, manage and grow their business, demonstrating real results. I truly believe that when combining a great work ethic with a passion for what you’re doing the possibilities are endless. As an online business manager, it is my goal to apply my work ethic and passion to helping other business owners achieve their goals as well.

When I am not working, I am a mother to 2 incredible and wild boys and wife to a loving husband. I enjoy being outdoors, swimming with my boys, travelling to baseball tournaments, and, of course, going to Disney World.

I also became an advocate for Congenital Heart Disease research after my youngest son was born in 2020 and was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis. After he spent his first 2 months in the hospital, enduring 3 open heart surgeries and several other procedures, I realized that my goals meant more than just success in business. I hope to use my skills and knowledge to help advance CHD research and support kids and families affected by CHD the way my family has been.

Passion and hard work is what every business needs to grow. I’m sure you see that with me the first time we speak!

Education + Experience:

For college I attended Temple University where I studied Accounting and Business Management.

Throughout college I got my work ethic and grit by serving tables and working as the restaurant’s local store marketer. After college I worked in the corporate world selling business services to both new and established business owners, which sparked my interest in what I do now!
